The Beauce, glyphosate and me

Nobody wants glyphosate residues in their plate. But I live in the heart of the Beauce region and my farming neighbors don’t want to do without it: banning glyphosate would force them to replace it with other herbicides, consume more fuel to plough, see their fields invaded by weeds and their yields collapse. Not to mention that they’re not really convinced that glyphosate is dangerous.

Having worked with them for two years, I was almost convinced. Almost.
