For 60 years, the Adapted Military Service (SMA) has been dedicated to helping young people from overseas territories find their place in society. For nine months, military personnel teach them discipline and teamwork, while civilians train them for a useful career in their region.

This often effective collaboration allows many struggling young people to find their way back to a stable professional life.
